News related to Windows 8 are entertained by windows lovers too much.Windows 8 pictures,User Interfaces images, new system working procedures, how it will run,how it will install etc stories like this always seems to be interesting.(Download windows 7 themes ,themes of month July 2011)
Recently Microsoft showcased some pictures of its file copy, paste, rename, move UI.Following are those images with some description and how they can be better than Windows 7 or say better than previous version(when windows 8 launch).
In windows 7 or in any previous version of windows we have two, tree or more windows for each copy, paste process like we select files from one folder and paste them in other and then we start copying music files to our mobile device. For these two copy-paste stuff there are always two UIs,but in windows 8 more than one UIs will be combined together and that too with pause and cancel buttons for each.(See image below).
Pause one and the other will start running fast, speed of other increases accordingly.
In the same UI,you can see “More details” which will be shows with graphs for each copy-paste process.
Pause the rest and the time remaining will increase for the one.
In Windows 7 or in earlier versions of windows, when an user paste a file into a folder and there exists another file with the similar name then the UI which asks to replace, don’t copy and cancel is simple and is like this.
But the new UI for this in windows 8 will be something like this, improved,User friendly.
Now that makes more sense, you see the preview of the file with the similar name(no need to think of opening the file before replacing it with the new file with similar name).
