In this method you don’t need to have a phone instead, you will use your computer to make and receive phone calls. One advantage of having a PC based VoIP is that you can use your VoIP service in any part of the world, provided you have PC, but that makes PC a limitation as well. You will install specific software on your PC which will be perquisite to converting your PC into VoIP phone.
